The Strongest-K Championship is the top singles title in Kaientai Dojo. It has existed since 2004.

- Hi69 defeated Kengo Mashimo in the finals of a 16-man tournament to become the first champion.
- Kaz Hayashi also held the AJPW World Junior Heavyweight Title when he won the Strongest-K Title from Hi69.
- Taka Michinoku won both the AJPW World Junior Heavyweight Title and the Strongest-K Title from Hayashi during the same night. He also defeated The Great Sasuke on February 19, 2005, to win the Michinoku Pro Tohoku Junior Heavyweight Title. He proceeded to hold all three titles simultaneously for more than 8 months.
