Stripes Convenience Stores

Stripes Convenience Stores is a chain of 320 convenience stores in Texas and Oklahoma, owned by Susser Holdings Corporation. These locations are former Circle K convenience stores.
Many locations offer Valero gasoline; these locations previously sold gasoline under the Citgo name, when the chain was Circle K. Over 100 locations also offer Laredo Tacos, a brand of Mexican fast food.
In 2007 the company acquired the Town and Country Food Stores chain.
The headquarters are located in Corpus Christi, Texas.

In September of 2007, Susser Holdings, entered into an agreement to purchase Town & Country Food Stores of San Angelo, Texas. The close of the transaction expected 90 days following federal approval. According to newspaper reports in the San Angelo Standard-Times, Town & Country stores are expected to be rebranded to Stripes.
