The Stripe-tailed Yellow-finch (Sicalis citrina) is a species of bird in the Emberizidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are dry savanna and pastureland.
