Strawberry tongue

Strawberry tongue is the appearance of tongue with inflamed red papillae, giving an appearance of strawberry. It is seen in Kawasaki disease, toxic shock syndrome, and Scarlet fever. It may mimic glossitis or B12 vitamin deficiency.[1]
