Stratos or Efstratios Perperoglou (born August 9th, 1984 in Drama, Greece) is a Greek professional basketball player. He is 2.03m (6'8") tall and plays the small forward position. His current team is Panathinaikos BC.

His previous teams are: AO Kavalas, Iviskos, Ilisiakos BC, and Panionios BC. He began his pro career in 2003. In 2007 he transferred to the big Euroleague club Panathinaikos.

Perperoglou has won bronze medals at both the FIBA Europe 2002 Under-18 European Championship and the 2003 FIBA Under-19 World Championship. He also played at the FIBA Europe 2004 Under-20 European Championship.
