Structure of organophosphorus hydrolase (Protein Databank accession #1DPM). The enzyme is composed of two identical monomers, represented here in blue and cyan. The active site of the enzyme is defined by the inhibitor diethyl 4-methylbenzylphosphonate, represented as a red space filled model. Each monomer has two metals, which are shown as yellow/green spheres.
