[edit] VfD Stuff

Give me a chance to make the nomination ;) (your diligence/speed is commendable, however) Dysprosia 05:58, 10 May 2004 (UTC)

Heh, I had it all previewed and hit save on the pages and the VfD page all at once.. but got an edit conflict with you on the actual pages. Great minds think alike! ;-) --Stormie 05:59, May 10, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] The 10,000 edits of Maximus Rex

Re:10,000 edit. Hey, I'm glad that someone noticed. I was lucky myself that I checked earlier this week to see how many edits I've made. If you have any updates to Roman Republican coinage, feel free to make any corrections or expansions. It is noticably lacking in up to 100 years of history (depending on whether or not the imperators are given their own page). If this was an attempt to win my goodwill, it has worked ;). Good luck on your 1000th edit, hopefully it won't be to the Sandbox :). Maximus Rex 02:25, 14 May 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Machina II copyvio

Thanks, I just hadn't read the copyvio information. It's taking me a while to get back into the swing of things :) -- Jim Regan 03:59, 14 May 2004 (UTC)

Ah, I didn't realise that you were an admin, but I see that you did the necessary deletes and moves and all is well now. Nice rewrite, btw! --Stormie 04:14, May 14, 2004 (UTC)
Heh. I bought "Eats, Shoots and Leaves" and "Fowler's Modern English Usage" earlier today because I got fed up of writing stubs. That article was on my todo list, so it seemed like a good time to put the little I've read of both so far into practise. -- Jim Regan 04:20, 14 May 2004 (UTC)

[edit] 1000 edits

Congratulations on your 1,000th edit. Maximus Rex 04:27, 17 May 2004 (UTC)

Yay! I was hoping you'd be watching when I did that. :-) And as promised, I made sure my 1000th edit was a real article, not some tiny spelling correction or vote on a Votes For Deletion page (or an edit to the Sandbox!) --Stormie 04:30, May 17, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Praise

Good job on the revert of Leet just now. I was hesitant, but I knew it should be done. ~Resister 06:00, May 31, 2004 (UTC)

That guy violated the first rule of leetness - if you need to tell people you're leet, then you're not. :-) --Stormie 06:09, May 31, 2004 (UTC)
Not to mention that a list of the l337est is impossible because not only did no one learn their names, but nobody knew they had done anything. Just like ninjas. ~Resister 06:35, May 31, 2004 (UTC)
