[edit] What's your suggestion for clean up?
Ref: Your message for clean up on page Swadhyay Parivar. You have not put your comments on discussion page. What's the point, until you give your say? "Swadhyay Parivar" is behind the killing of Pankaj Trivedi (on 15/06/2006 at Ahmedabad, India). Pankaj Trivedi had filed bonafide suit to get a temple opened which was closed down by leader of Swadhyay Parivar. Pankaj Trivedi was instrumental in erection of the temple in question and was an old associate of Swadhyay Parivar. The temple is built on Govt. land from the charitable funds of public. Pankaj Trivedi also questioned non-utilisation of millions of U.S. dollars, collected by Swadhyay Parivar for relief work for victims of earthquake of Kutch, India. The Swadhyay Parivar is in habit of non-utilising charitable trusts' funds and later controlling them privately. Pankaj Trivedi objected to this civil wrong. Pankaj Trivedi was found to be bonafide by The High Court at Ahmedabad, India which quashed 22 false criminal cases against Pankaj Trivedi and others. The High Court was kind enough to record it's observation in it's order quashing cases against Pankaj Trivedi.
Since, Pankaj Trivedi was legally right and winning the cases, a plot to kill him came in shape in The High Court premises as confessed by the killers-followers of Swadhyay Parivar. According the plot, he was brutally killed on 15/06/2006. Police have arrested people of Swadhyay Parivar.
Swadhyay Parivar desire to bury it's criminal activities and for the purpose they want glorified and false things projected on public forums like Wikipedia.
Could an encyclopedia be allowed to be used for such malicious objective?

[edit] Oh I never knew....
Oh, I never knew that you did not either understand the article "Swadhyay Parivar" or the discussion thereupon and you are new.
Frankly, nothing you read can go without giving some idea. To me, it appears that you have not read the article or talk page of Swadhyay Parivar. In the situation, your putting notice on the article that the article requires to much of cleaning does not seem to be proper.
You ought to take pain to understand the article and the talk page. Without which, I think your actions are not justifiable. You are also like me, who has no clear idea about Wikipedia policy.
At least, you could have understood that some organisation is involved in mafia type activity and is trying to create a different type of image by inputs from it's followers. You must have understood that someone is removing critical links. I think, Wikipedia call it Vandalising.
Your notice is not going to serve the purpose but you will see that the page will be vandalised because of your notice. Again, you will not be able to understand the article and feel that there is mess.
It's better you try to understand, whatever you don't or approach the people who understand using their talk page.
Pl. help Wikipedia with constructive work. You have to take pain, if you so desire.
I request you to read the article and the talk page and then leave a message on my talk page, if you need to understand anything vague.
With Regards,

[edit] Your message on my talk page.
Thanks for your uprightness.
Like Bible is a holy book of Christains, Srimad Bhagwad Geeta is on top of all scriptures for Hindu. It has great influence of Hindu's thinking and way of life. While you work on Wikipedia, you will learn a lot of things which you don't know. To explain you the article Swadhyay Parivar, I will need some time. Right now, I have to attend business work as in India it is 11.42am. I will try my best to make you understand this.
The leader of Swadhyay Parivar - Jayshree Talwalkar is and her late father Pandurang Shashtri was hungry of fame. The charitable funds nearly $ 44, were in trusts in the year 2001. These funds were not utilised for the cause it was meant. The trusts were about 100. In his last days, Pandurang Shashtri with the help of tough and illiterate followers, removed all neutral dedicated 70 trustees and replaced them by his adopted daughter Jayshree Talwalkar a.k.a. Dhanshree Talwalkar popularly known as Didi (Elder Sister in Marathi - a language spoken in State of Maharashtra, India). Thus the charitable funds were transfered to the control of Jayshree Talwalkar by use of muscle power.
When the wrongs were protested by dedicated old followers, violence was unleashed. Bones of few followers were broken. Women folks were threatened to be raped. Lately, one Pankaj Trivedi who was proceeding legally was brutally killed on 15/06/2006. You can see the picture of Pankaj Trivedi bowing to Pandurang Shashtri on home page of www.vijaymehta.com.
Which organisation with so much of funds and continuous flow of money would like their followers - donors to know the truth? So their followers remove critical links and place glorifying tall claims about Swadhyay Parivar. All the awards have been taken, using tall & glorified claims.
I am not much familiar of Wikipedia tools. I will soon learn and try to improve the article but the followers of Pandurang Shashtri will keep on editing the article with tall and glorified claims.
They use such articles to their advantage to cover up their wrongs.
With Regards,

[edit] "Facts" ??
Dear Stoneice02,
Thanks for taking interest in "Swadhyay Parivar" article. You have added the words "Facts" at so many places. You only would know, the base of your edits.
The entire thing of Pandurang Shashtri attended some World Religions Conference; He was the only representative; The Conference was chaired by Mr.Compton and having been impressed by Pandurang Shashtri invited him to U.S. is mere lies.
I gave more than 20 yrs. of my life for this work. I have moved in villages and stayed there for days. My family members were involved even for more time. n' number of meetings used to take at our place.
Pandurang Shashtri claimed that he did not go to U.S. as he was not after fame and money but in fact he was after both more than any average person. These talks he used to glorify his image, attract followers and make followers move in the society at one's own cost and dedication of time. Thousands of people moved. Hardly anything is there which would uplift a person spiritually. The whole machinery of his followers were put to motion to glorify his image. His discourses for last two decades were more for motivating people to move in society rather than driving them for spiritual quest.
He said that he was observing "Ayachak Vrut" viz. not to ask for anything from anyone for one's personal use. He was not asking but he repeatedly told his followers that a share for The Lord should be given by each person. Those who do not take out a share for The Lord are thieves according to Srimad Bhagwad Geeta as each earn due to God gifted energy and ability. God's share means for selfless work which according to him, he and his followers were doing.
In fact, he too was accepting money from his followers on two pecular days of the year. 1) Guru Purnima - a day marked to revere one's master and 2) The Hindu New Year Day. I believe, later on he stopped accepting money on The Hindu New Year Day. The collections of his followers offerings amounted to Indian Rupees five to seven million in a day, which is huge amount from individual need of an Indian. U.S. $ 1 is equal to Indian Rupees 46.50 as on today. The expenses of his foreign trips etc. were borne by one or other rich follower of his.
He used to accept donations every day as a representative of God - The Lord Yogeshwar. Nearly 100 trusts were created and managed by approximately 70 old dedicated followers as trustees. He used to take blank resignations from the trustees on the day of appointment itself. Trustees were vowed not to tell the facts of trusts to anyone which included trustee's kin and kith.
In June, 2000, he told all the trustees that so far he was telling that The President of These Activities was Lord Yogeshwar but These Activities were his work, he said twice that he was owner of These Activities and These Activities were his ownership and so he was giving reign of These Activities to his adopted daughter Jayshree Talwalkar a.k.a. Dhanshree Talwalkar, popularly known as "Didi" (Elder sister in Indian Languages).
Simultaneously, he removed all the neutral 70 trustees and they were replaced by Didi and her husband Rao Saheb by use of muscle power. Pandurang Shashtri never used to be a trustee of any of these trusts but only his will dominated in the functioning of these trusts.
Didi is no match of Pandurang Shashtri. Moreover, those who knew Didi felt that she was un-worthy because of her lavish life style to lead the followers of Pandurang Shashtri Athavale.
The replacement of all neutral trustees was seen as pocketing charitable funds which as disclosed by Shri B.J.Diwan, Ex-Chief Justice of 1) Ahmedabad and 2) Andhra Pradesh High Courts amounted to $ 45454545 in the form of bank securities in the year 2001. Shri B.J.Diwan was an august trustee.
The action of Pandurang Shashtri met civilized protest. In the process, Didi's extra marital affairs came to the light by publishing of two love letters. Didi and Pandurang Shashtri incited his novice and new followers against his dedicated age old close associates and tried to get his dedicated age old close associates killed at the hands of illiterate followers in mob violence. False criminal cases nearly 100 were filed in rural India against these old dedicated followers to drag them to rural India and get them killed in mob violence. The High Court during appeal of some of these cases observed and pointed out that these cases were engineered to shut the mouth and scare these dedicated followers from protesting against wrongs.
Bones of few old dedicated followers were broken, house of one such follower put on fire. They were intimidatied, subjected to social boycott and lately on 15/06/2006, Pankaj Trivedi was killed by followers of Late Mr.Pandurang Shashtri. Those who know the working of These Activities, know it well that not a leaf move without the concurrence or dictates of the leader. Didi is not arrested for the killing of Pankaj Trivedi as Pandurang Shashtri's followers are seen vote bank for politicians.
Every dastardly act took place by bribing police, office of public prosecutors. One Ghanshyam Chudasama arrested for the murder of Pankaj Trivedi was a P.A. to Dy. Commissioner of Police under whose jurisdiction Pankaj Trivedi was killed. Ghanshyam Chudasama was working in commissionerate, managed to transfer himself to the office of Dy. Commissioner of Police a month ago using influence of a bank director. He monitored police movements nearly a month after murder. Somehow, he was found to be guilty, arrested and has confessed his crime.
I am one of those old follower of Pandurang Shashtri and am also is a victim of such dastardly acts.
What I mentioned here, are the facts. What you have inserted as "facts" should be based from website "swadhyay.org or dadaji.net" which is created by Pandurang Shashtri, his adopted daughter and it's a self version of one's ownself.
May I request you to remove the words "facts" mentioned by you everywhere in the article.

Dear Stoneice02,
Usually, I check the history of Swadhyay Parivar to check the vandalising of the page. Is there any means like alerts when a page is being vandalised either when you are online or when you switch on your internet connection?

[edit] Swadhyay Parivar
I had written the controversial section of the article. I had provided references from news media to support my claim. Unfortunately people are deleting the sections and this is really discouraging for me since I had spent a lot of time gathering that information. IndianCow 07:37, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
- IndianCow, I feel your pain regarding the vandalism to this page. I came across it via the Random Article link one day and proceeded to do some cleanup and then worked with editors to remove POV and add citations. However, due to my lack of knowledge on the subject and the constant vandalism of the article, I gave up and removed it from my watchlist. I would suggest you nominate the page for semi-protection and request admin support on it. Good luck. Stoneice02 02:05, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
