Stop at Nothing is the fourth album by Maryland technical/brutal death metal band Dying Fetus. Once again, Steve Carr's production was used.

Shortly after the release of the band's previous album, Destroy the Opposition, all of the band except for John Gallagher quit. Many fans believed that that event would kill the band, but Gallagher was resilient, and brought in new vocalist Vince Matthews, guitarist Mike Kimball, bassist Sean Beasley, and drummer Eric Seyanga. This album is slightly different from earlier DF records, in that it included less of their original form. Some of this criticism was due to Vince Matthews.
