Stop! is the first album released by singer-songwriter Sam Brown. It includes her most famous work, the title track "Stop!", as well as a cover of Tina Turner's "Nutbush City Limits" and Marvin Gaye's "Can I Get A Witness".
The album sold 2.5 million copies worldwide; particularly successful in the U.K (#4), Europe and Australia. The single 'Stop' was a minor hit on the U.S. Billboard Charts in 1989; hitting #65 and charting for ten weeks.
