Stoksund

Stoksund is a former municipality in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway.
It was created when Bjørnør municipality was split in three on 1 June 1892. At that time Stoksund had a population of 1,122.
On 1 January 1964 Stoksund was incorporated into Åfjord municipality. Prior to the merger Stoksund had a population of 1,515.
