Stoddard B. Colby

Stoddard B. Colby (b. Derby, Vermont, d. September 23, 1867, Montpelier, Vermont) was Register of the Treasury. He was an unsuccessful candidate for the United States House of Representatives in 1856, where he ran as a Democrat.[1]
