Stockland Bay Village is a shopping centre located on The Entrance Road at Bateau Bay on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. It is owned and operated by Stockland, a major property developer in Australia.

A redevelopment in 2004-2005 saw the redesign of the northern and southern ends, bringing the centre to a total of more than 100 staple and speciality shops.

Stockland Bay Village can be accessed via The Entrance Road or Eastern Road. It has parking for more than 1,250 cars, with nearly 200 undercover parking spaces. 'Parents with prams' and disabled parking spaces are located at each entrance to the centre. A taxi rank is situated at the Kmart entrance.
A bus terminal is located at the northern end of the centre near Woolworths. The terminal is a major transport hub for the region with routes operated by Red Bus Services to The Entrance, Gosford and Wyong.
