The Stockholm Environment Institute, or SEI, is a non-profit, independent research institute and think-tank specialising in sustainable development and environmental issues.[1]
They are commissioned to write reports by third parties which are frequently quoted in the press.[2]
SEI has its headquarters in Stockholm and centres in the US, the UK (Oxford and York[3]), Estonia (Tallinn), and Asia (Bangkok).[1]
