It is reasonably familiar to audiophile music listeners. Of course more in Germany, since it's Germany-based.
It is representing a record label that releases albums of also American artists.
The image is not linked to any commercial product, hence cannot be used for illegal copies of those
The image itself is no commercial product either and in rather low resultion, so it does not limit the copyright owner's revenue
The logo is only being used for informational purposes.
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article in a recent photo.
