Athryn, I beg to differ! Surfing is very dependent on wind conditions. The dominant Northwest wind blows onshore at Stinson, which is why the surf is usually not very good, even if the waves are large and the sandbars are good. On the other hand, if the wind is from the East, or very calm (as it sometimes is in early morning), the waves at Stinson can be excellent! But, no biggie, the text makes perfect sense as you left it anyway. ;^) --Fluffbrain 05:10, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
