Stine Stengade (born June 1, 1972) is a Danish actress best known for her award-winning role in the dogma film En Kærlighedens Historie.

Stine Stengade was born in Denmark on June 1, 1972. She graduated from the Danish National School of Theater in 1998.

Stenagde had her first small role in 1996 in the film Den Attende. In 2000 she achieved fame in Denmark as the femme fatale Lisbeth Gordon in the Danish television crime series Edderkoppen. The following year she played the leading role in the award-winning Dogma film En Kærlighedens Historie. For her performance in Stengade received the top two Danish film awards, the Bodil Award and the Robert Award, for Best Actress of 2001.

Stengade has appeared in several television series including 'Rejseholdet and Langt fra Las Vegas. She performed in the popular film Nynne, and Stengade was again nominated for the Bodil Award as Best Actress for her role in the film Prag.

Stengade left her first husband to marry Ole Christan Madsen, her director in En Kærlighedens Historie,[1] a film which explored a difficult marital break-up.
