Sthix

STHIX is a free IX located in Stockholm. It does not offer any hosting for equipment, but rather just the actual connection, and it does not operate a 24/7 NOC.
It will be used to connect Mälarringen, a string of metropolitan networks located around Lake Mälaren, including among others Västerås Stadsnät located in Västerås.
