[edit] Wolverine's Height
- Nah, nothing has been changed regarding his height. Height and mass within comic books are little tricks artists enjoy playing with. For example, for a good deal of his existence, particularly in the 90's, characters like Cyclops were drawn with the standard bulging and impossibly muscular physique despite the limits that weighing 175 lbs and being 6'3" would have as far as muscular proportion goes. A lot of Marvel characters today seem to be drawn to look more realistic with realistic proportions. In the early 90's, there are artistic representations of Wolverine and Cyclops being standing close to one another with Wolverine barely even coming to the bottom of Cyclops' chest. Same thing really with a character's overall appearance. I bet if you pick up a copy of the X-Men: Messiah Complex Mutant Files, the latest OHOTMU styled book, I'm sure Wolverine'll still be listed at 5'3". I was supposed to get a copy of it but my guy at the comic store fumbled the ball on me. In the future though, I don't think you should bring something like this up in an article's discussion page. It's not really what it's created for. The reason I'm saying this is because some editors, mainly the ones who spend about 99% of their time over on the WP:Comics discussion page arguing over improving the articles, what should be in, what shouldn't be, blah bla, will start hassling you about it. I've been editing for going on 3 years now and trying to reason with those people and just dealing with most of them will quickly suck all the enjoyment out of editing the articles. Try www.marveldatabase.com. It's much more laid back. Thanks Odin's Beard (talk) 00:49, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Your sig.
Your sig on the Wolverine Talk page lacked a close command for the you used. you need a after to complete the sig, otherwise that 'small' command continues to be recognized, applying to everythign following your sig on the page. ThuranX (talk) 23:46, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
