Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles, as you did to Halff Associates, Inc.. Tag removed. Hope you haven't been discouraged from continuing to improve the article. We get a lot of articles that are pure advertising and aren't ever going to improve.
