[edit] Permission to use UNITED STATES font
Stephen, the United States font you created is awesome. I noticed in the read me text that came with the font that you stated that the font is free for commercial use. I was wondering if you could send me a signed permission letter granting me permission to use the font on some t-shirts I am creating since the font is copyrighted. Please send me a reply at Filmkid2003@yahoo.com. Thank you. I greatly appreciate it. -- Matt R.
- Hi Matt, I'll send you an email later today. Basically you're welcome to use it on a t-shirt if you'd like. Usually I ask for a copy of whatever it is someone is using it for, but since t-shirts are relatively expensive you don't have to do that in this case. Thanks! --Stephen Deken 18:44, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Notability (software)
I added our creation to my creation {{notability}}, hoping it gets more visibility. Category:Lists of software and Category:Software needs to thorough check for nonnotable (unverifiable} topics and this thing is what we need. --Perfecto 15:45, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] UnitedStates typeface
Hi Stephen, I'm a designer in LA enquiring for permission to use your typeface "United States" (great font by the way) in a 30sec. locally aired commercial for a company that offers cash advances to small business owners. As you might guess we are going for a money motif and well, your typeface really sells it. Email me: chahnchung at mac dot com
Thanks for your consideration.

[edit] U.S. FONT
Hi Stephen,
I really love your United States font and would like to use it as part of the cover text for an ebook I am trying to write. I'll send you a copy when I am done if you like. It is perfect, you did a great job. Could I please have a written permission email from you for my files? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
T. Reid

[edit] U.S. Font
Hi Stephen:
Your U.S. font is outstanding! I found your "letters" but no "numbers". Are they available?
Thank you.
[edit] User:Stephen Deken/The Game (game)
I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article User:Stephen Deken/The Game (game), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. [edit] Notability of ZX Fuels
A tag has been placed on ZX Fuels, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. SkierRMH 17:53, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
- You might want to check out the process of deletion Wikipedia:Articles for deletion and WP:SPEEDY about the actual process of deletion (I don't delete articles). Editors simply bring articles to the attention of an admin, who makes the final determination if the article passes the noted criteria. In this case, you might want to check out WP:CORP and especially WP:LOCAL, which both would apply to this. You did have/do have the opportunity to bring the article up to notability standards, nothing stopping you from doing that. SkierRMH 23:11, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
