Stephen Samuel (1977-) is a researcher residing in Singapore, Southeast Asia.
I have been, amongst other things, a guitarist, car mechanic, and, law student. Recently, after graduation, I spent two years travelling, researching and writing. This year, I am seeking a candidature in a masters degree program. My current research interest is in the drafting processes of international rights documents.
