I am a retired engineer living in Sonoma County, California. I registered as a Wikipedia user in November, 2007, but I occasionally made small contributions before then.
I enjoy categorizing articles and creating Infoboxes (or Geoboxes) for them. Hey, if I relied on other people to tell me what's important, I wouldn't be working on Wikipedia, would I?
In May 2008, I tried to categorize (or delete) everything in Special:UncategorizedCategories except for Category:Contents. There was a large backlog, so I apologize if, in my haste, I stepped on anyone's toes or did a less-than perfect job of it. At one point I got this list down to 68 categories.
