Right now, all that we can say for sure is that this episode is the season finale and that if you count a certain way, it's the 100th episode of the series. Whether Stewie actually kills or tries to kill Lois, or if that has nothing to do with the plot (just like Un Chien Andalou doesn't have any Andalusian dogs in it), is at this point pure speculation. Right now neither TV Guide nor tv.yahoo.com has anything to say about it. We'll just have to wait until it airs. ShutterBugTrekker 22:24, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Actually, the script has been read in public. Dunno if anyone taped it, but much of the plot is revealed in references used in this article. / edg 06:40, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Plot summary

We can draw this much from the articles in the References section:

In the first installment of a two-part episode, Peter and Lois go on a cruise, leaving Stewie behind. This inspires Stewie to follow through with his often abandoned plans to murder Lois.

Is there a reason to wait on this? A deeper plot summary could be entered after the broadcast, but these plot elements are unlikely to be cut from the episode. / edg 07:09, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Coming from you, I'd be OK with a pre-air plot summary. The concern is with anonymous editors who in the past have tried to pass off their own speculation as to what the plot will be as if it was the actual plot. A distantly secondary concern is that we don't want to be seen as supporting leaks and piracy. Cromulent Kwyjibo 23:20, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "The Family Guy 100th Episode Special"

Isn't this also an episode? It seems likely (okay I'm speculating) this will go into rotation like similar clipjobs from Simpsons and Seinfeld. And since "The Family Guy 100th Episode Special" is broadcast prior to "Stewie Kills Lois", that makes "SKL" number 103.

I don't really care. I'm just saying this to make some bean counter's head explode. / edg 12:43, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

It seems to me, well at least the way I interpreted it, is that its going to be a onetime special, that probably wont enter into anysort of rotation. I'm aware the seinfeld ones do air occasionally, and for the simpsons clip shows there is usually a few minutes of scenes that are new that setup the clips. I guess we'll have to see how it is, but from the wording in the press release it seems like its a one and done type thing. I included it in its own "Specials" category on the main episode list anyways to acknowledge its existence. Grande13 15:56, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] cultural references

The whole cultural references section needs to be removed. (1) Its not appropriate for wikipedia and (2) most of family guy's jokes are pop culture jokes. Let people watch the show we don't need to post every joke here —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.167.204.57 (talk) 07:20, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. [edit] Differences between individual episodes and hour-long version?

By all means, keep the information up about how this episode was merged with the following episode and aired as an hour-long episode, but I must ask something. I did not watch that episode when it aired as an hour-long episode and, as such, I do not know what was changed, if anything was changed at all. Could you tell me? [edit] Trivia

I don't like the trivia section, headed 'notes'. I have removed the following:

"* The characters in the courtroom who seem to support Peter's innocence (one way or another) are marked with worried expressions on their faces just before Lois barges into the room; they are Peter himself, the Performance Artist (his lawyer), Brian, Meg, Chris, Cleveland, Quagmire, and Mort."

I assume it was added as a joke on the author's part. DanTheShrew (talk) 08:34, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
