No, according to IMDB, Steven is the actor. There are a few minor actors named Jack Ford, as well as a news correspondent, but they're unrelated. Fan-1967 15:44, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

Steven Ford is the actor, not Jack Ford, Steven's brother. I know this because I know Steven Ford personally, and he has told me stories about acting on such sets as "When Harry Met Sally" and "Black Hawk Down." Steven Ford is currently touring the country as a speaker.
