For a period in his early career, especially while still based in Texas, he lived with the playwright Beth Henley which brought him into contact with many other professionals connected to the stage, especially that of New York. Might be helpful if someone can track down a reference to this and include it as it gives his career more depth. SteveCoppock (talk) 21:58, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
