I created this page. I have to state that I know Steve Hatfield Dodds personally. He knows me, but would not call me a friend as our relationship is not that close. I welcome others who may add new content or correct the page. - Peter Ellis - Talk 12:44, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Proposal for deletion ("{{prod}}")

On 21 January 2008 at 13:41, User:Panesarisking, in this user's first edit anywhere in Wikipedia since a flurry on 22 November 2007, making this the user's 11th piece of Wikipedia entry of any kind, added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Stephen Hatfield Dodds, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process.

Panesarisking's history makes interesting reading: No user information at all; two images uploaded, of which one has been deleted; 11 contributions of any kind including this edit to add this "{{prod}}" being the first in two months.

Thus user claims that Hatfield Dodds is "non-notable, only 14 ghits" (what ever a 'ghits' may be, presumably a Google search hit) when on my most conservative Google search I achieved 3,700 and in some usages of his name alone get well over 5,500.

Accordingly, I consider this a vexatious use of the "{{prod}}" template and will delete it.- Peter Ellis - Talk 18:43, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
