[edit] Merge with Christian Voice
I agree. They are practically synonymous, and there evidently isn't much information here anyway. David L Rattigan 10:20 03 May 2006 GMT
I disagree Christian Voice is an organisation. Stephen Green is a person, they are not the same. The lack of informaion should instead point towards this article being labled as a stub. Fitz05 18:24, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
I agree As pointed out, they are practically synonymous (indeed, it's unclear if the CV actually has any other members) and Green is entirely unnoteworthy other than through his leadership of the organisation. The point is not merely that there is little information here, but that this minimal amount covers everything of note without repeating the CV page. FrFintonStack 19:53, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
I disgree It's a bit like merging the Bill Gates and the Microsoft articles--82.9.59.223 16:18, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
I disagree If anything Christian Voice should be deleted as it has a far lower profile than Green himself.--AltonPeter (talk) 21:18, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Same sex sex
While I personally have little time for Stephen Green, I think it's important to state the nature of his beliefs correctly. First we should make clear that it is Stephen's own interpretation of the Bible that is represented on the leaflets. Nevertheless the passages he uses to support his argument emphasise the sinful nature of sexual activity between members of the same sex (and indeed say next to nothing about love).
[edit] More Info Needed?
I used to be friends with Stephen Greens son Nicholas, if anyone would like any detailed information about his past I should be able to get that information from my parents. He was a horrible man. Feel free to contact me at starqmf@gmail.com 22nd July 2007 Is this kind of thing really what Wikipedia is for? Martin Turner 19:24, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] NPOV
This article seems to suffer a lack of NPOV. Green is a highly controversial figure in the UK, and there are, one would imagine, few people who agree with him entirely. However, the allegation in this article of hypocrisy appears to deliberately misinterpret his position, and is also not referenced.Martin Turner 19:24, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
- I've removed most of it as unsourced contentious material about a living person.--CĂșchullain t/c 01:26, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
