Stephanie's marital status
Stephanie McMahon is married to Triple H a WWE WRESTLER —Preceding unsigned comment added by anon (talk • contribs)
Provide external link, please. -- Cyan 01:18, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
All I request is that you remove the text of who is Stephanie McMahon is married too on the bio page as that information is not important. it is not important who Levesque and Stephanie are married. but the bios should focus on their achievments please remove the part of who they are married to and I will go away and never ruin these pages thank you. that is all I ask of you.
No. -- Cyan 01:53, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
Remove the info.. what is the point of having an edit page where anybody can edit it? The information is false. the wedding never took place. there is no proof. go to the WWE website you will see nobody announce it. Stephanie's bio doesn't mention it. You are wrong.. now change it. - Union Defense Information Ministry
Due to your past actions, I don't trust you. In particular, if, as you tried to claim, Stephanie McMahon had married Mike Alvarado, you would have been able to provide some evidence. When I asked you for some, you changed your story. Go troll someone else, I'm done. -- Cyan 02:35, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
She did marry him.. I have no proof but the wedding is false. That is fine I will create my own website similar to this that will show the "Truth" that you fools are afraid and you "Trolls" won't edit it.
- I don't know who Mike Alvarado is, but the best I can deduce is that it's the name of the anonymous troll who keeps putting the name in, or his friend, or something. At this point, if Paul Levesque is replaced with anything, it is getting reverted, but especially if it is replaced with Mike Alvarado. Adam Bishop 02:41, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
I'd help add pages to this site and be helpful. I was the man who added the "Budd Dwyer" reference in 1987 So I am helpful. I just want you take down who she is married too. That is all.
- [1], [2], amongst others all document SM's marriage to Paul "Triple H" Levesque - a search of http://news.google.com is quite useful. Evercat 03:10, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
prowrestling and wrestling news are not credible.. they are rag sites. try again.
I find it funny how E Entertaiment nor msn.com nor Entertainment Tonight never reported it. Makes you think that I am right. - Rolento
- Maybe they didn't care. Perhaps if you could tell us who Mike Alvarado is, it would help clear things up. Adam Bishop 03:33, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
- Strangely, serious news sites don't report about Pro-Wrestling very much... Evercat 03:34, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
- In any event, your version of Paul Levesque shows you to be a mere troll. Evercat 03:37, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)
In any event my evidence is suffice. As for name calling it shows you have little intelligence calling me a "Troll" when it's you that have no life living on a computer rediting. Hmm Genius did it ever occur to you to make this a site where only members can change info and not anybody off the net like me? Hmm.. Maybe you didn't that would take too many brain cells on your part. - Rolento
Every article I have found at google.com news says that Stephanie McMahon married HHH. A search for "Mike Alvarado" and WWE, either in google news or in the general go
Try watching the McMahon DVD... Sephiroth storm 04:03, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
If you read the announcement made on WWE.com about Stephanie & Triple H expecting their first child, it clearly shows that Stephanie now goes by Stephanie Levesque, not Stephanie McMahon or Stephanie McMahon-Levesque. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.231.85.215 (talk) 01:12, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
I mentioned this before, but here is the link that lists Stephanie as Stephanie Levesque, not McMahon. She has taken her husband's name. [3] Melon2617 (talk) 05:26, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- Why is this discussion even going on, it has been 5 years since it was posted. Its obvious that during that time it was hard to find sources proving it, but now there are obvious sources proving that Stephanie is married to Triple H.TrUCo9311 01:32, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
Signature Moves
Certain moves should be removed. First of all, her slap never had a formal name and should not on this site. She only used the bulldog, suplex, and monkey flip once in three different matches. The sitout powerbomb was also only used once, and as a counter to Trish's running hurricanrana. Counters are not signature moves, plus it is misleading. The only moves that should be included are her Slap across the face, DDT, short-arm clothesline, Hair Mare, kicks in the corner, and possibly the spear, which is a very generic "catfight", nonwrestler valet move. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.201.182.142 (talk) 08:23, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
Comment
Whoever wrote the 2002 portion of Stephanie's history seems a little too focused on Stephanie's breasts. Content such as "very large areolas" and "her large breast" seems unnecessary in the context of a "wardrobe malfunction"; had she been flat-chested, it wouldn't have impacted the accident. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.22.243.13 (talk • contribs)
- True, 70.22.243.13. However, a large portion of whatever was going on at that time was centred around her breasts, as ridiculous as that may sound. Not that you mention it, the areolas may not be notable, although "large breasts" is rqd there to point out that she had an augmentation. Let me see how to rework that, thanks xCentaur | ☎ 12:29, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Steph was NOT the first
People keep editing in that Steph was the first GM of Smackdowd but thats not true. Vince was the first GM of Smackdown just as Ric Flair was to Raw. Stop changing it.
- Vince and Flair were in there as owners, not GMs. Vince was the owner of Smackdown, not the GM. There's a difference. GMs were appointed by Vince after he took back the Raw shares of the company from Ric Flair in the storyline. There's a difference.172.148.185.57 01:28, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

TRAIN WRECK
STEPHANIE WAS NOT TRAIN WRECKED BY A-TRAIN. A-TRAIN SIMPLY RAN INTO HER AT VENGEANCE DURING HER CATFIGHT WITH SABLE. THE TRAIN WRECK MANEUVER IS A MODIFIED BACKBREAKER. STOP PUTTING IT UNDER HER IN-RING INJURIES!
—Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.44.250.83 (talk • contribs)
- Perhaps, although I believe that entire section should disappear anyway, its unencyclopedic and the line between real and kayfabe injury is terribly blurred. Thanks anyway xC | ☎ 05:15, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Pedigree
Stephanie never used the pedigree in any of her matches...ever. It was her husbands finisher and it was sed by his exgirlfriend Chyna, but never by her. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.44.250.83 (talk • contribs)
-
- If I'm not mistaken, I believe she has used it in the past on one or two occasions. I will report back if I can find definitive proof. Sephiroth storm 04:06, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
Yeah she used it some and wasn't the Billion Dollar McMahon Slap called the Billion Dollar Bitch Slap?
She never used the pedigree. She used the DDT 3 times that I could find but it never resulted in a pinfall so I don't think it could be considered her finisher. And her slap to the face never had an official name. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Xxbulldogxx (talk • contribs) 22:02, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Removal of content?
Multiple Augmentations and Wardrobe Malfunctions have been removed from the page. Is this in accordance with policy, or just random removal? Also there are a lot of unsourced quotes -
- "Triple H said Stephanie was a NO GOOD LYING BITCH."
- "Stephanie instantly became one of the most hated performers in the WWF, with fans chanting "slut" whenever she attempted to speak"
Any current editors of the article have any opinion on this? If not, I'll add back the removed sections and remove the quotes w/o references.

Stephanies blouse WAS ripped off intentionally for storyline purposes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.44.250.83 (talk • contribs)
What the?
What is real life and what is WWE storylines on this page? This page needs a serious rewrite in order to correct this and clarify real life as opposed to storylines. Also suggest deleting unnecessary storyline material such as family feuds, for clarity. Naysie 14:09, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Strongly agree. I'd also like to point out that the current refs in the article are a gold mine of information, the only problem is that its difficult to figure out kayfabe from reality. That howard stern interview she gave is the source of the majority of the vandalism to this page because of the things she said here, but the interview itself isnt directly mentioned in the the WP article anywhere. xC | ☎ 05:36, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe this article should be divided into two, one about her real life and one about her character in the WWE storyline, like Stephen Colbert and Stephen Colbert (character). --Metropolitan90 07:02, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

What's wrong with this sentence? She is married to Paul "Triple H" Levesque and the sister of Shane McMahon. It sounds like your'e saying she's married to the sister of Shane McMahon. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.88.45.126 (talk • contribs)
kayfabe
This whole article has issues determining what is "kayfabe" or in-character and what is genuine biography. 24.253.227.146 21:06, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Steph titantron.jpg
Image:Steph titantron.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[citation needed] for her crying in an interview
I added this because it's not clear whether this was during a show (and thus kayfabe) or in an out-of-character appearance elsewhere (which seems more likely). If it's the former, then perhaps someone can add why she said she was crying at the time since she was meant to be feuding with her mother, and if the latter then a reference to where she said this Harmonica 07:16, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
== if I do recall, she slapped her mom on an episode of Smackdown in March 2000 for the storyline, however, even though it's technically acting, it was still a hard thing for her to do, and she legitimately cried when she got backstage. I think she talks about this in an interview with Raw Magazine in 2001. Danndogg75 23:14, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
McMahon
The name McMahon is used many times to represent different people in this article. It's very confusing. 82.23.32.26 13:03, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
Moves List
Should the Pedigree be added to her moves list as Triple H taught her it —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.209.130.247 (talk) 16:12, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
Sam Rivers
I read in a book at my school about bands in the early 2000's and Limp Bizkit was one of them, and it said that Sam Rivers (Their bassist I think) was married to Stephanie a.k.a. Roxie. Shouldn't it be somewhere? And about 2-3 years ago I read a completely different book, and it said the same thing. L0W3R1D3R (talk) 02:35, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
- Stephanie's never been married to anyone but Triple H. If she had, i'm 99.99999% sure a reliable source would have reported it long ago. TJ Spyke 02:51, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
Tone of article
Not to knock the quality of this article, but I'm a little worried at the tone the article takes. From the perspective of someone who knows almost nothing of professional wrestling the article reads as if all of these events that occured in WWE wrestling matches are real life events and not a product of the entertainment company that produces the matches. While I'm sure the purpose of the WWE is to make the matches seem as real as possible, does it not do the public a disservice to not explicitly state that the events surrounding her life within the WWE are in some cases scripted events? Maybe I am missing the point or something, but it just seems that a "encyclopedia" like the Wikipedia should clearly state something of the kind. — 69.224.40.95 (talk) 20:46, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
- You'd be correct. The article needs work, but we have yet to target it as a collaboration. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 20:57, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
