Stephanie Douglas' first appearance was on the first episode, march 23, 1987. It saids on the website that she has been there since the show premiered.

This article is not in the appropriate tone for an encyclopedia. I think a lot of this can be summarized more concisely than what is here...also, all the !!! exclamation marks !!! need to go.
