Unless I'm mistaken, the covers with the blue framing are from the Fantastic/Stupendous series of books, yeh? Weren't these original material, rather than reprints?

I've always liked Dave Edmunds' version of "Steel Claw", though I guess it's better known as a Tina Turner song. Anyway, I'm uncertain of the connection to the comic, but the song's author is Irish and the lyrics seem apt.
