Steven Vaiani

Steven Michael Vaiani (born March 1985) is the current drummer in the progressive, noise rock band An Albatross of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Steven is known for his speed and strength as a drummer, and subsequently replaced the previous drummer, Ed Klinger. Since he was young, Steven was always an ambitious musician, involved with various musical acts such as Dean Farm Murder,Four Your Own Good and Neil, all with highschool friends Alex Perkins and Thomas Kachel. For a short time Steven was involved in Kachel's newest band Ask Mice. Steven was also the drummer for Almost Untitled, among other Boston based efforts. He attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA in 2004 until he dropped out to pursue a more active music career.

Steve was born in Jaffrey, New Hampshire and graduated from Conant High School in June 2003.
