Steve Rushton aka Rushtonaiter (born 30 October 1987 in Chertsey, England) is the former bassist and co-lead vocalist of the British pop punk band Son of Dork.

[edit] Mr Cheerful
From early school years to college, Steve Rushton was writer, guitarist and singer of the band Mr. Cheerful. The band were heavy influenced by artists such as Elvis and Green Day.
[edit] Son Of Dork (SOD)
Steve Rushton is former member of pop/punk band Son of Dork, started by ex Busted member, James Bourne. Steve left the band stating, "I didn't pick up a guitar to leave it hanging on a wall gathering dust for two years". Steve is now pursuing a solo career yet emphasises how he and the boys are still good friends.

Steve is working on new sounds and songs and can be seen producing bands in the UK.
