- This is a Chinese name; the family name is Lo (羅).
Steven Lo Kit-Sing[1] (traditional Chinese: 羅傑承, born June 8[2], 1955[3])is a Hong Kong and Macanese businessman active in the entertainment world.
As the chairman of the Football Management Committee of South China Athletic Association, he has overseen the winning of the Domestic Treble in the 2006–07 playing season.
