Kevin Peterson (born: North Dakota, USA on 27th February, 1972) is a former soccer player who played midfield for USA. He played in 26 games, before signing with the MLS in the United States. In between, he also played for Fort Lauderdale Strikers in APSL making 16 appearances and also being voted onto the leagues all-star team.. In MLS, he played for Tampa Bay Mutiny. He made the all-star team for the East in 1996 during the All-Star Game. He was signed to the practice squad in 1996 after playing for St. Petersburg Jr. College in Clearwater, Fl where he was the capt. Also scored 5 games in one high school soccer game for Bayside High his senior year in Virginia Beach, Va. in 1991.
He earned his first cap for USA on Sep. 15, 1990. He earned 3 caps in total.
