Stephen ("Steve") Pickell (born August 11, 1957 in Vancouver, British Columbia) was a Canadian swimmer, who won the silver medal in the 4x100m Medley Relay at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Canada. He did so alongside Graham Smith, Clay Evans, and Gary MacDonald.
