Stephen Wayne Mintz (born November 24, 1968 in Wilmington, North Carolina) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played during two seasons at the major league level for the San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 17th round of the 1990 amateur draft. Mintz played his first professional season with their Class A (Short Season) Yakima Bears in 1990, and his last with Anaheim's Triple-A Salt Lake Stingers in 2001.
