Steven Milne (born May 5, 1980 in Dundee) is a Scottish professional footballer, currently playing for St. Johnstone.

Milne joined the Perth club from English side Plymouth Argyle, where his appearances were restricted by injury, in 2005 as Owen Coyle's fifth signing. In July 2005, he scored on his Saints debut in a Scottish Challenge Cup first-round win over Alloa, before going on to score a hat-trick against Raith Rovers in the third round.

By September 20, 2006, Milne had scored nine goals in ten games in all competitions and five goals in as many league games of the 2006/7 season.

On November 8, 2006, Milne scored both goals in St. Johnstone's 2-0 League Cup win over Rangers at Ibrox, which put the Perth side into the semi-finals.[1] He defined it as the high point of his career thus far.[2] He later won the CIS Cup Player of the 4th Round award for his achievement.[3]

Milne was put out of action for a projected six weeks as of January 16, 2007, after injuring his knee.[1] He returned to action on March 3 as a substitute in a draw at Ross County.[2]
