Steve Levine is a Grammy-winning record producer. He has produced albums and songs for bands such as The Beach Boys, Culture Club, Gary Moore, Ziggy Marley and Stevie Wonder.

As a trainee at CBS studios in 1975, Levine worked with acts such as The Clash, The Jags, The Vibrators, and Sailor. This experience led to his producing an album for The Beach Boys, and later to producing all of Culture Club’s first three multi-platinum albums.
As of 2007, Levine is a regular guest speaker for companies such as Yamaha, Korg, and Apple Computer.

Levine has collected a number of awards, including BPI Producer of the Year, Music Week Top Singles Producer, and a Grammy for his work with Deniece Williams.
In 2007, Levine was made a Companion of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, in recognition of the work that he has carried out with students.
