Steve Cook (skiing)

Steve Cook is a retired disabled athlete who has won medals at the Paralympic Games.

In 1988 he lost his right-leg below the knee in a farm accident. He first got into biking and was at the Summer 1996 Summer Paralympics for road cycling. He later switched to cross-country skiing and went on to win two gold medals in the 2006 Winter Paralympics. In 2007 he announced his retirement.[1]
