Stephen Bernard Banks (Born 15 February 1978 in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset and raised in Rugby, Warwickshire) is a British musician best known for his bass-playing in Meggido and Heavy Side System. He also produced the Artisian album "Lament for the Eternal Frost".
