Stephens Media Group (broadcasting)

Stephens Media Group is a Tulsa, Oklahoma based radio holding group that owns a few radio stations particularly in small to mid-size markets.

On May 1, 2008, Stephens Media Company has announced that it will but 3 of Entercom Communications' radio stations in Rochester, New York. Last year, Entercom bought 15 stations owned by CBS Radio, but in order to meet with the Federal Communications Commission's ownership limitations, Entercom would have to cut loose 3 of its radio stations.^[1]
