Stephen Spach (born July 18, 1982 in Fresno, California) is an American football tight end for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Fresno State.

Spach attended Clovis High School (Clovis, California) and was a letterman in football and basketball. In football, he helped lead his team to a 12-1 record as a senior.
