Stephen Rucker is the composer, along with Thomas Chase, for many TV shows, including Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light, The Wuzzles, The Gummi Bears, Codename: Kids Next Door, Pirates of Dark Water, The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest, Monster in My Pocket, The New Adventures of Captain Planet, Dexter's Laboratory, ChalkZone, DuckTales, Alvin and the Chipmunks and The Powerpuff Girls. The two also did scores for movies, including Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, Creature, 976-EVIL, Scared to Death and its sequel Syngenor, Armed Response, Pray for Death, Bulletproof, among others. He lives in Malibu, California. He is also a former member of the band Chi. He grew up in Van Nuys, California, and attended Grant High School.
He should not be confused with Steve Rucker, drummer for the Bee Gees.
