Stephen Priestley

Stephen Priestley is an academic specializing in Strategic Studies. He is based at Simon Fraser University, in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Priestley is notable as the editor of the Canadian American Strategic Review, which attempts to provide a third party critique of the equipment and choices open to the Canadian Ministry of Defense as [[John Pike]'s DoD 101.
