Stephen Moore (born 11 December 1937) is an English actor, known for his work on British television in the 80s and 2000s.
He is best recognised for his role as Chief Constable Mike Bishop in the British TV drama Mersey Beat and as Danny Tyrrell in the British TV comedy Solo.
He has most recently starred as Brian Mayfield in the British TV drama Born with Two Mothers.
Stephen Moore has no acting work planned for 2008.
He is the son of the solicitor Stanley Moore. He is known for his distinctive speaking voice in a wide range of roles. His step-brother Mark Moore performs with S'Express and his brother-in-law was the actor James Hazeldine. He has been married four times and is the father of former Eastenders and Family Affairs actress Robyn Moore.

- The voice of Marvin the Paranoid Android in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy's radio and television adaptations. In the original radio version, he also played a number of minor characters including Gag Halfrunt, the ruler of the universe and the whale.
