Stephen McGinn

Stephen McGinn (born 2 December 1988) is a Scottish professional footballer currently playing for Scottish Premier League side St Mirren.

A midfielder or striker, McGinn made his first start for St Mirren in January 2007 against Celtic, where his grandfather had been chairman. He capped his first start with a goal, although his side lost 5-1.

In his second ever start for the club, the following season, also against Celtic at Parkhead, he scored the opening goal in a 1-1 draw, much to the delight of St. Mirren fans.
