Stephen Gilbert (politician)

Stephen Gilbert (born 6 November 1976) is the Liberal Democrat candidate for the new UK Parliamentary Constituency of St Austell and Newquay. He has been councillor in Restormel 1998-2002 and in London Borough of Haringey 2002-2006.
The new St Austell and Newquay constituency is made from parts of the old Truro and St Austell, North Cornwall and South East Cornwall constituencies, all held by Lib Dem MPs. It has a notional majority for the Lib Dems in the region of 600 votes.
