Stephen Brunt

Stephen Brunt is a well-known Canadian sports journalist. He makes frequent appearances on sports talk radio shows such as Prime Time Sports and has been the lead sports columnist for The Globe and Mail since 1989. He was a frequent sports panelist on the TVOntario's now-defunct current affairs programme Studio 2. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and currently resides in Hamilton, Ontario.

He has authored several books including Facing Ali, a series of stories about boxers who fought Muhammad Ali, and the #1 Canadian best seller Searching for Bobby Orr[1]

Brunt can be heard every weekday at 4:25pm on the Mitch Melnick Show on Team 990 Montreal. He is also on the Toronto sports talk show Prime Time Sports, a syndicated show on the Fan 590.
