Stephane J.G. Richer (born April 28, 1966, in Hull, Quebec) was a professional ice hockey player in the National Hockey League (NHL) from 1992 to 1995.

Stephane Richer spent most of his professional career playing in the minors, but did play parts of three seasons in the NHL with the Tampa Bay Lightning (1992–93), Boston Bruins (1992–93), Florida Panthers (1993–94 and 1994–95). He played a total of 27 NHL games totalling 1 goal, 5 assists, and 6 points.
